Saint Nic is a brand-new, modern breakfast and brunch café opening soon — and we're looking for passionate, talented, and motivated people to help us bring our vision to life.

We're on the hunt for an experienced Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their craft, and wants to be part of building something special from the ground up.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely with our Head Chef to deliver fresh, seasonal, high-quality brunch dishes.
  • Take ownership of your section, maintaining consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Help shape our menu and kitchen culture during the exciting opening phase.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Contribute ideas, energy, and passion to a dynamic, growing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up).
  • A love for modern café and brunch cuisine.
  • A positive, team-first attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Pride in presentation, consistency, and quality.
  • A drive to learn, grow, and make your mark in a new venue.
