We're building a premium on-road support team for Term 1, 2026, and we're looking for experienced, highly reliable drivers who know Sydney like the back of their hand.

These are specialised roles, supporting our network by responding to breakdowns, staff shortages, route changes, and daily school transport operations as:

  • Scatter Drivers (Stand-by / Troubleshoot Drivers)
  • School Contract Marshals (Customer Service liaison between schools & HQ)

We're not just hiring drivers, we're recruiting problem-solvers, route masters, and customer-experience legends.

  • Paid above award to attract the best — $36/hour Full Time equivalent rate
  • Work with a premium fleet and operations team
  • You must have exceptional knowledge of Sydney roads (non-negotiable)
  • You'll jump in where needed, breakdown relief, route coverage, service continuity
  • You are the frontline support for schools, drivers, and operations
  • Ability to expand into HVIS support or operational tasks to increase hours and income

  • Hills District
  • Eastern Suburbs
  • Campbelltown
  • Artarmon (Lower North Shore)
  • Chullora

School Marshal Locations

Various schools in the Eastern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Inner West and Parramatta Areas

Essential Requirements

  • DA (Driver Authority) – Essential
  • Heavy Vehicle License (MR/HR minimum) - Essential
  • WWCC (Working With Children Check) - Essential
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Impeccable reliability and presentation
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Exceptional knowledge of Sydney metro and school corridors
  • Radio usage and knowledge
