Job Description
Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

AMO Readiness Manage
r to lead the successful Entry-Into-Service (EIS) of the E190 aircraft into QantasLink. This role will be responsible for delivering a CASA-approved exposition, updated policies and procedures, tooling, equipment, and training outcomes to support operational readiness. The position oversees the effective execution of aircraft maintenance activities within Line Maintenance Operations, ensuring all work is performed in alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role will drive operational efficiency and compliance, while developing and implementing key business initiatives that support continuous improvement and align with the strategic priorities of the E190 fleet. This is a 24 month fixed-term contract.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- 10+ yeas experience within Aviation, business or project management experience.
- Licensed, degree or master's qualified
- Demonstrated results in broad business skills including Finance, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Safety and Quality
- Familiarity with Civil Aviation regulations and other regulations governing industrial workforce management (WH&S, Industrial Relations, Environment, EEO etc.)
- Sound Leader, ability to engage front line to executive leaders, & foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
- Experience leading teams
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
