Marketing and Communications Manager

This role can be tailored to either a full-time or part-time arrangement, depending on the successful applicant, providing flexibility while leading brand engagement, digital content, campaigns, and communications across a multi-disciplinary organisation.

This role provides the opportunity to lead and deliver marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels, while supporting business development and stakeholder engagement in a structured and professional environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the President, the Marketing and Communications Manager will support the organisation across a variety of functions, including:

• Digital content creation for social media and other online mediums
• Develop campaigns, content and branding plans to maximise the Intellect Systems brand
• Manage and maintain internal opportunity and sales database CRMs
• Maintain and manage Intellect systems website and copywriting
• Co-ordination of marketing collateral and templates
• Interfacing and management of design and marketing agencies
• Market analysis and brand positioning
• Develop and administer surveys and external market feedback
• Company newsletters and external communications
• Support graphic design, video, photography and website design
• Assistance, collation and preparation of bids and proposals
• Event coordination and social functions

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including campaign management, content creation, and brand development
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, WordPress, Canva, and digital content tools
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with commercial awareness
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
