About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support the General Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This pivotal role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality. This role is being offered as a 12-month, fixed term contract.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• provide high-level administrative and executive support to the General Manager;
• manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements;
• prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials;
• liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager;
• assist in the coordination of strategic initiatives and follow-up actions;
• maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions;
• support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and special projects;
• maintain the Mines Record Book; and
• coordinate service anniversary gifts and presentation events.

About The Candidate

• proven experience in a similar executive support role;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• strong organisational and time management abilities;
• high level of discretion and professionalism;
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems; and
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proven experience in a similar executive support role.
