About the job:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager. As the Senior Program Manager, you will build positive client relationships during projects. You will oversee the customer service operations within a business, deal with customers directly and often as their first point of contact. You will help clients to implement their services and plan projects more effectively, often setting up "discovery sessions" with key stakeholders to identify issues and ways to improve.

What you will be doing:
- Oversee multiple related projects within the organization to ensure they align with the overall business goals and are delivered successfully with synchronization. Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project plans and objectives.
- Ensure the project and execution plans are realistically applicable. Manage, support, and monitor internal stakeholders to update project plans, documentation according to change management.
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Actively take a key role in risk management, identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies to keep the projects on track
- Coordinate interdependencies between various projects and teams, both internal and external.
- Contribute and support in developing WBS and Gantt charts with costing information. Making sure the project is concluded at the cost target and the deadline targets with high quality deliverables. Making bi-weekly plans of the project plan.
- You will be responsible for managing the overall relationship with the client account and building positive relationships with project stakeholders and keep stakeholders informed about project details, changes, and actions required.
- Play a key role in risk management, identifying potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies to keep the projects on track.
- Guide and review requirements documents, functional specs with wire frame diagrams and process charts.
- Work closely with the sales team to support them in the sales processes in the region.
- Facilitate timely collection of project and support payments if necessary.
What we are looking for:
- Experience & Background: At least 17 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects in the finance industry, including delivery of online banking and mobile banking projects. A background in software development or a related technical field can be beneficial for understanding the technical aspects of the projects being managed. Basic data analysis skills needed to interpret project metrics and make informed decisions based on the data. Banking software solution delivery background required. Experience in Core Banking modules (CRM, LoS, Loans) from Retail or Corporate Banking preferred.
- Methodology Knowledge: Proficiency in Agile Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall. Strong understanding of different phases of the software development process (SDLC), such as planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Project Management: Complete command of Microsoft Project and project planning and execution.
- Test Management: Strong understanding of test management practices, including test planning, monitoring, control, and governance.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint, for senior stakeholder communication.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, persuasion, escalation management, and conflict management.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to international destinations if needed, although remote delivery is preferred.
- Bonus Qualification: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
