About Us

We're a multidisciplinary team of 35+ OTs and Speech Pathologists supporting communities across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria. We've been doing this for over 8 years, with:

About the Role

Join a team of 38 incredible humans supporting clients (ages 7+) with a broad range of conditions, including:

  • Physical, psychosocial, neurological, and intellectual disabilities
  • NDIS participants, Home Care Packages, Medicare, TAC, and private clients

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Providing community-based OT services (e.g., school, home visits)
  • Building your caseload around your skills and developing new areas of interest
  • Collaborating with a team of highly skilled, supportive peers
  • Using cutting-edge tools, platforms, and assessments
  • Working within a transparent OKR (Objectives & Key Results) structure

Bonus: You'll be supported by a leadership team who actually get it—including our Founder and MD (a seasoned OT, Driver Assessor & Major Home Mods specialist), and our Operations Manager Mikaela—who both love a chat and genuinely care about your success.
