About the role

Advanced Trainee:

If you are currently enrolled in an accredited ultrasound course and have some practical scanning experience, this role will provide you with hands-on support and guidance to further develop your skills. You will be assisted by experienced sonographers while gaining hands-on experience in performing general and specialised ultrasounds.

What You'll Do

  • Perform general and specialised ultrasounds (training & supervision provided as appropriate)
  • Ensure patient comfort and maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with experienced sonographers & radiologists
  • Assist with bookings and reporting

Requirements

  • ASAR accreditation (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Please note:

  • Students who have just started, or are about to start, their ultrasound course and do not have any scanning experience must not apply
