Job DescriptionAECOM is delivering some of Australia's most critical water infrastructure projects. With major investment in dam infrastructure and long-term partnerships with Dam owners nationwide, we offer an unparalleled opportunity to work on complex and high-impact projects across the country.
With AECOM's flexibility, base yourself in either our Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Perth or Melbourne offices.
How you'll make a difference:
- Utilise your dams expertise, leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams, whilst working with closely with end clients and contractors
- You will be responsible for overall design delivery including having the ultimate carriage on any design project decisions
- Ensure dams projects are delivered within the constraints of quality, time and budget
- Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for delivery of the projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience
- Experience in dams engineering and design, desirable 8 years +
- Proven track record in the successful delivery of large projects on time, within budget and outstanding quality
- Excellent communication skills and high quality technical and non-technical report writing
- Client relationship / management skills and experience.
