We have an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury lawyer to join our Parramatta office.

Working alongside our Partner, who is an Accredited Specialist, you will be responsible to manage a practice focusing on CTP matters, ranging from statutory matters through to complex and catastrophic claims.    This role would suit someone who has established themselves in personal injury who has a passion for CTP claims and now wants to take that next step in building on their career within a national law firm.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • A valid NSW Practising Certificate (essential)
  • Have at least 2 to 3 + years PQE of practising in plaintiff personal injury law with a focus on CTP claims;
  • An understanding of the relevant legislation;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;
  • Firmly established time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail;
  • Ability to be able to listen to and empathise with clients and their situations;
  • A commitment to achieving the best result for your clients and to be able to resolve issues and/or problems expeditiously whilst securing a positive result.
