We are transforming the lending experience—and we're looking for a talented Test Automation Engineer in this newly created role, to help us do it.

About the Role

As a business systems Test Automation Engineer, you'll be a champion for quality across our lending platforms. You'll combine technical expertise in automation with a deep understanding of customer needs, helping us deliver software that's not just functional—but delightful.

You'll work closely with developers, analysts, and business teams to ensure every release is robust, secure, and user-friendly. This is a hands-on role with room to grow, innovate, and lead.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, performance, regression)
  • Conduct functional and exploratory testing with a customer-first mindset
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for fast, confident releases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and user-centered
  • Advocate for quality and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle
  • Learn and champion new tools and technologies to elevate our testing practices

About You

  • 4+ years' experience in test automation
  • Experience in financial services, ideally lending
  • Strong skills in .Net, Azure, CI/CD, and release processes
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Passion for creating inclusive, user-friendly digital experiences
