About the role
You'll oversee the full manufacturing process from production and fabrication through to installation, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard. The role involves a mix of workshop work, site installs and team coordination, with support from management and admin staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily production and installation schedules
- Lead and assist with fabrication, printing and installs
- Supervise, train and support production & signwriting staff
- Maintain an organised workshop, equipment and materials
- Liaise with design, sales and management teams to clarify job details
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety and deadline requirements
Essential skills
- Experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of signage manufacture and installation
- Problem solver with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Commitment to safe, tidy and professional work practices
Advantageous skills
- Signwriting formal qualification
- Adobe Illustrator basics
- EWP High Risk licence
