Synergie is seeking a Side Lift Driver for an industry leader in sustainable waste management solutions located in Wingfield.

Pay Rate - $39.61 per hr (incl casual loading) + penalties

Hours Of Work - Early AM starts - Monday to Friday hour shifts

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Side Lift Driver to join our team based at Wingfield. As a Side Lift Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely collection of kerbside waste and recyclables using a side-lift garbage truck.

As a Side Lift Operator you will be responsible for:

  • Operating side lift collection vehicle

  • Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

What's Required:

  • Unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) (AUS) or Class 4 (NZ) Licence (as a minimum)

  • Driver History Report - Clean Driving record

  • Good team attitude, reliable and willing to learn

  • A strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to work as part of a team

  • Waste industry experience desired but is not essential
