We're on the lookout for a skilled Draftperson who thrives on turning ideas into clear, accurate, build-ready drawings.   If you enjoy working closely with trades, and project teams—and like seeing your designs come off the shop floor—this role is for you.

About the Role

As our Draftperson, you'll play a key role in supporting ongoing projects by producing high-quality technical drawings for workshop fabrication & site installation that meet project, safety, and compliance requirements.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and revising detailed fabrication and engineering drawings
• Working closely with project managers, supervisors, and workshop teams
• Ensuring drawings align with Australian Standards and project specs
• Managing drawing registers, revisions, and document control
• Supporting continuous improvement in drafting processes and systems

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in a drafting role (engineering, fabrication, or mechanical construction preferred)
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Inventor or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• The ability to communicate clearly with both office and workshop teams
• A team-first attitude and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
