Universal Steel Frame Adelaide Pty Ltd are currently recruiting for:

Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to work across the Adelaide metro area.

The successful applicant will have proven supervisory experience in the installation of light gauge residential and commercial steel frames. This role will suit someone with high standards, strong leadership skills and an eye for detail who is looking for a long-term future with a growing Adelaide company.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:


• Australian citizenship or permanent residency


• Strong leadership and people management skills


• Ability to establish and maintain a safe working environment


• Carpentry trade background with hands-on building experience


• Experience coordinating site activities and managing installation crews


• Knowledge of interpreting drawings and construction specifications


• Ability to plan, schedule and report on site progress


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in steel framing or structural steel installation


• Current Supervisor's Licence (or ability to obtain)


• Good computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Confidence liaising with clients, engineers and builders in a professional manner


• Ability to motivate, engage and support crews and subcontractors
