We are looking for a passionate and personable individual to serve as an Ambassador for our Club, creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. In this role, you will promote events, sell the Club's products and services, and foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our Club is a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, so a positive attitude and a friendly smile are essential

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Maintain great presentation standards
  • Have flexible availability to include working, days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Hold a valid RSA

The Role:

  • Interact with members and guests, and provide accurate information in response to enquiries about the Club's products, services and the facilities on offer to them (i.e. restaurant trading times, pricing, general information).
  • Sell and promote the Club's products and services including but not limited to membership, dining facilities, function facilities and entertainment.
  • Sell alcohol from our in-house bottle shop and maintain its presentation and cleanliness.
  • Ensure entry requirements are met for each Patron entering the Club.
  • Process membership applications, renewals and enquiries in accordance with the Club's policy and procedures (receipting, data entry and filing).
  • Display all marketing material appropriately including the weekly changing of information on notice boards, as required.
  • Monitor and maintain expected standards of customer service and handle customer concerns and compliments in accordance with company policy and procedure.
