Who are we?

Safe Ag Systems began as a small business with a big idea: to transform how agribusinesses manage safety and compliance. What started as an innovative solution designed to make farm safety simpler and more effective has grown into a trusted platform used by agribusinesses across Australia and beyond.

Today, Safe Ag Systems is proud to be the
No. 1 Work Health and Safety (WHS) software solution
for the agricultural industry. Our name is synonymous with innovation, reliability, and leadership in farm safety. We're passionate about empowering producers, managers, and workers to build safer, more compliant, and more sustainable operations.

Our
consultants
play a vital role in this mission. They operate independently but share our commitment to integrity, professionalism, and genuine client success. Together, we help agribusinesses not only meet their safety obligations but embed safety into their everyday culture.

Key Drivers for Product Adoption

Our clients choose Safe Ag Systems because they trust us to deliver a solution purpose-built for the agricultural industry — one that truly understands their unique challenges and goals.

Successful consultants are able to identify clients who value:

• Risk mitigation and compliance – Businesses seeking to meet legislative requirements and reduce exposure to potential incidents.

• Continuous safety improvement – Clients motivated to build a proactive safety culture across their operations.

• Workforce development and retention – Organisations that recognise training and safety as key drivers of engagement and loyalty.

• Operational visibility – Agribusinesses looking for real-time insights into day-to-day activities, even when working remotely.

By aligning with clients who share these priorities, our consultants help them unlock the full potential of the Safe Ag Systems platform and achieve lasting, measurable safety outcomes.

Successful Partner Consultants:

• Have a strong network within the agribusiness sector

• Ideally, maintain an existing client base

• Demonstrate competency in Work Health and Safety (WHS) and/or Human Resources (HR), with a solid understanding of employer obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act

• Set up and implement Safe Ag Systems software for their clients

• Onboard and train clients and their teams to confidently use the Safe Ag Systems App

• Encourage ongoing engagement with the software to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

• Keep clients accountable for maintaining safe practices and meeting their WHS obligations

• Incorporate safety management into clients' daily operations and processes

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training that fosters a culture of safety

• Advocate for positive change and continuous improvement across the agricultural industry
