You'll work closely with them to ensure a smooth implementation, helping them understand their safety and compliance obligations while integrating the Safe Ag Systems App into their day-to-day operations.

Successful Partner Consultants:

• Have a strong network within the agribusiness sector

• Ideally, maintain an existing client base

• Demonstrate competency in Work Health and Safety (WHS) and/or Human Resources (HR), with a solid understanding of employer obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act

• Set up and implement Safe Ag Systems software for their clients

• Onboard and train clients and their teams to confidently use the Safe Ag Systems App

• Encourage ongoing engagement with the software to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

• Keep clients accountable for maintaining safe practices and meeting their WHS obligations

• Incorporate safety management into clients' daily operations and processes

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training that fosters a culture of safety

• Advocate for positive change and continuous improvement across the agricultural industry
