Based in Sydney, this position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects and collaborate with industry experts across multiple domains.

Network Operations & Support

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and proxy services
• Manage the network performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software to ensure optimal functionality
• Support DMZ environments, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN configurations

Managed Services Integration

• Collaborate with IT Service Management (ITSM) teams to align network operations with incident, problem, and change management processes
• Participate in CMDB discovery activities and configuration audits
• Assist with ServiceNow integrations for network-related modules and workflows

Security & Compliance

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and manage patching cycles
  Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and client-specific compliance standards

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering and managed services.
• Strong expertise in Cisco platforms (ASR, ISR, Nexus) and SDN (Cisco ACI)
• Strong experience across Routing and Switching, datacentre and enterprise networks
• Solid exposure across L2 and L3 support for a range of stakeholders - internally and externally
• Knowledge of Firewalls
• Certifications: CCNP preferred
• Cisco ACI skills - desirable
• Exceptional at multitasking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
