About the Role
Bendigo Powder Coating is a long established business of over 35 years in the Powder Coating Industry and we are seeking a Labourer/Powder Coater to join our team in Bendigo, Victoria. This is an ongoing role and is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our business. As a Labourer/Powder Coater, you will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks within our powder coating operation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, degreasing, and pre-treating components
- Carefully operating powder coating equipment to apply high-quality finishes
- Performing quality checks and ensuring finished products meet required standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Assisting with other general labouring duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in either a labourer, powder coating or spray painting role, ideally within the trades and services industry, but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and dexterity to perform manual tasks
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
