DMW is an established Australian 4x4 modification company based in Toowoomba, Queensland, specialising in high-quality touring, work, and off-road vehicle builds. Due to continued growth, we are seeking two Mechanics and one Workshop Foreman to join our team.

This is not a repetitive mundane role. You'll be exposed to all aspects of 4WD builds, including:

● Full vehicle strip-downs and conversions

● Chassis extensions

● Steering and suspension systems

● Diff locks and drivetrain components

● Touring and accessory fit-outs

● Electrical work (bonus, not essential)

No two days are the same, and the role offers constant variation and challenge.

● Strong attention to detail and pride in quality, meticulous work

● Passion for the automotive and 4WD industry

● Ability to work autonomously and show initiative

● Willingness to go the extra mile

● Motivated and reliable attitude

● Leadership qualities highly regarded (Foreman role)

● Forklift licence highly beneficial
