Our client, a major global supply chain network is seeking additions to their team, based in their distribution centre in Dandenong. Who have exciting opportunities for diverse and talented individuals, who are available for day shift with voice picking, ride on experience and FREEZER/CHILLER experience to join their team for an IMMEDIATE start.
The casual on-going role entails working in a FMCG distribution environment, with a variety of duties across picking, packing, pelletizing, and processing orders. The role entails working in the freezer and cool room environments, as well as completing consistent manual handling tasks of up to 22kilos.
Pay Rate: Day Shift starts at: $37.16 per hour additional freezer penalties apply – 6am – 2pm
A day in this role includes:
- Accurately picking orders of various products across dry, chilled, and frozen goods, upkeeping KPI targets
- Completing fast paced manual handling and palletising tasks.
- Rotating, storing, and receiving products
- Operating a Voice headset, and a MHE Transporter, Pallet jacks, wrapper, and other various machines.
About you:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, FMCG, Freezer environment & able to lift up to 20kilos.
- Prior experience in a FMCG, production or similar environment
- Have experience with voice picking & pallet riders.
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude
- MUST have strong knowledge of Workplace Safety & OHS Procedures
- Reliable transport to/from work
- Available to commence ASAP.
- Happy with weekly rosters.
