About the Firm

Our client is a partner-led advisory practice made up of Chartered Accountants and experienced professionals across tax and accounting, business consulting, finance, and wealth management.

You'll be working with privately owned companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals with complex needs. They pride themselves on more than just compliance but their ability to provide practical strategies that open new opportunities, protect their future, and build financial strength. They have built a reputation for clear thinking, fresh ideas, and honest advice that clients know they can rely on.

About the Role

As part of the team, you will:

  • Deliver accounting, tax, and advisory services to privately owned businesses and private clients.
  • Support successful individuals and families with tailored planning and financial strategies.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships built on trust and reliability.
  • Introduce and connect clients to each other, helping create opportunities across our networks.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior professionals while supporting and developing junior team members.

What You'll Bring

  • CA/CPA qualification (or working towards).
  • Experience in public practice, ideally gained in boutique or mid-tier firms.
  • Strong technical skills across accounting, tax, and compliance.
  • A genuine curiosity about business and how owners succeed.
  • Confidence in engaging directly with decision-makers, with a relationship-first mindset.
