Apollo Parkways Preschool, located on Wurundjeri Country in Greensborough, is nestled in a vibrant community setting and supported by a dedicated volunteer Committee of Management. Our passionate team of educators is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education that reflects the principles of the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLDF). We proudly offer a 4-year-old group of 28 children and one 3-year-old group of 22 children and are proudly rated as Exceeding in our Assessment and Rating.

Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Certificate III or Diploma Educator Lunch Relief staff member to join our team in Term 1, 2026. This role involves supporting our 4-year-old program by covering staff lunch breaks on Mondays and Wednesdays during school terms. You'll work closely with our teaching team to help deliver a rich and responsive educational experience. We are always happy to welcome new educators to our team and understand that a permanent position may not suit everyone's circumstances. If a permanent role isn't the right fit, we would be pleased to consider you to join our casual workforce pool of staff. This can allow you to be connected with our service, support our program as needed and enjoy the flexibility of casual work while still being a valued member of our team.
Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Mandatory Reporting
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Strong understanding of VEYLDF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Child Safe Standards
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
