The Opportunity:

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineers to join our team based in Sunshine. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills, work on real projects, and be mentored by experienced leaders

About the Role:

Yarra Valley Excavations offers a two-year graduate program for Graduates, designed to provide you with broad experience across a range of different disciplines in the civil construction industry.

You will be provided with a unique opportunity to develop into a well-rounded construction professional that will lay the foundation and position you for future technical or leadership roles upon the completion of the program. You will be provided with opportunities to progress your career and build strong, lasting relationships in a supportive team environment.

Here's what we are looking for…

  • Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering
  • Some exposure to a construction environment would be advantageous but not essential

  • Willingness to work out in the field

  • Have enthusiasm to learn all aspects of our business

  • Be outcomes focused and possess the ability to plan and keep well organised
  • Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
  • Have a valid driver's licence and white card
