Balgownie Estate is the ultimate luxury destination in the heart of the Yarra Valley, offering accommodation, dining, and event experiences. We have 70 beautiful and recently refurbished suites and are seeking passionate housekeeping attendants to join us in creating a clean, comfortable, and memorable environment for every guest.

The Role:

  • Perform room cleaning and maintenance with attention to detail.
  • Replenish amenities and ensure guest comfort.
  • 5am to 9am Public Area shifts available, as well as 9.30am - 2pm.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Team players with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A passion for sustainability and innovative practices.
  • Current police check
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks for extended periods including standing, walking, bending, reaching and climbing stairs.
  • Capability to lift and carry objects of moderate weights.
  • Have a reliable car (there is no public transport to our hotel)
  • Full working rights in Australia.
