An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and reliable Despatch Hand to join our Brisbane team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Despatch Supervisor, this position plays a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate despatch, receipting, delivery and pickup of stock to support our customers across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately process despatch and receipting activities, maintaining clear records and paperwork.
• Load, unload, label and handle products safely to prevent damage and ensure on-time delivery.
• Operate forklifts and equipment safely, ensuring all personnel are licensed and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules, communicate with carriers and customers, and manage driver paperwork.
• Collaborate with Production and Purchasing to ensure goods are available, resolving issues promptly.
  Promote a zero-injury safety culture and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.

YOUR SKILLS

• LF Forklift License
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
