We're seeking an organised and collaborative Technical Writer for a major client in the Bowen Basin. In this role, you'll play a key part in improving how we capture and communicate work processes across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly SW documentation
- Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and usability
- Work closely with execution teams to ensure SW is practical and aligned with frontline needs
- Support daily and weekly SW performance reporting
- Attend MOPs (Management Operating Processes) to present updates and outcomes
- Gather feedback and use strong influencing skills to promote the value of SW
- Contribute to broader team activities, including field leadership, hazard reporting, and team initiatives
About You:
- Strong written communication and document design skills
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, standardised documentation
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and incorporating feedback
- Passionate about safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
