We're Hiring – Experienced Window Cleaner

Washing Wizards is one of the fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies on the Mornington Peninsula — and we're looking for an experienced window cleaner to join our young and energetic team.

About the Role

We're after a motivated professional with solid hands-on experience in residential and commercial window cleaning.

You'll also have the opportunity to take on other services like pressure washing and solar panel cleaning as part of your day-to-day work.

This role suits someone who's:

  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality results
  • Great with customers and confident communicating on-site
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and commercial window cleaning to a high standard
  • Pressure washing and solar panel cleaning (training provided)
  • Educate customers on our services and recommend add-ons
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
  • Provide every customer with a world-class experience

Requirements

  • Proven window cleaning experience
  • Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
  • Driver's licence (required)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious

Hours & Pay

  • $35 per hour + bonuses & tips
  • 20–40 hours per week, with opportunity for full-time as we grow
