We're currently on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working
Night Dish Hand
to join our back-of-house team and help keep things running smoothly during our late-night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitise dishes, cookware and utensils in line with food safety standards
  • Keep the dishwashing area and kitchen spaces clean, tidy and organised
  • Support the kitchen crew by restocking clean items and helping with general cleaning
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow strict health, hygiene and safety procedures
  • Assist with end-of-night cleaning and pack-down routines

What We're Looking For

  • Availability to work from 8:00pm – 12:00am, Monday to Sunday (flexible roster)
  • A good work ethic and eye for detail
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
