As a Program Principal here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the successful execution of customer programs. You will be accountable for managing and delivering strategic customer programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving program performance. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's customer programs.

You will report directly to our 1 and you will work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer-centric initiatives and strategies within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the execution of strategic customer programs
  • Manage and deliver customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Ensure alignment of customer programs with business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and customers to ensure program success
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program teams
  • Monitor and report program performance metrics

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles
  • Strong guiding and team management skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of program management ethics and methodologies
  • Experience managing complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
