You'll manage a varied caseload including musculoskeletal and spinal conditions, sports injuries, NDIS clients, vestibular and cancer rehab, and deliver high-quality Clinical Pilates programs. This is a genuine leadership role with room to grow into clinical management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a diverse clinical caseload
  • Mentor and support junior physios and student placements
  • Deliver Clinical Pilates and functional rehab sessions
  • Build strong relationships with GPs, specialists, and community stakeholders
  • Contribute to internal PD, training sessions, and ongoing service improvement
  • Help shape a positive and collaborative team culture

What You'll Need

  • AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
  • 5+ years of experience in private practice or similar
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Valid working rights in Australia, driver's license & vehicle
  • Passion for innovation, community impact, and clinical excellence

Bonus: Women's Health training or postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
