About the role

Our client is currently seeking Production Workers to be based out of their Carrara factory. As a Production Worker, you will be required to work between 5:00am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday. The successful candidates will be required to complete the below duties:

  • Sand, smooth, and shape fibreglass components using hand tools and power sanders
  • Inspect fibreglass products for defects, cracks, or air bubbles and perform necessary repairs
  • Apply fillers or resins where required to achieve a smooth finish
  • Operate sanding machines and maintain proper sanding techniques to avoid damage to materials
  • Clean and maintain sanding equipment and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Assist with other fibreglass preparation tasks as required, such as trimming or cutting components

What you will need

  • Driver's license + transport
  • Previous factory experience
  • On the job training provided
  • Willingness to pass a Drug & Alcohol and Pre-Employment Medical
  • Physically fit
