About the role

Noisette Bakery is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Cafe Barista to join our retail teams in Port Melbourne and Bentleigh. If you're passionate about coffee, customer service, and working in a vibrant, fast-paced café environment—this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to the highest standards

  • Providing attentive and friendly customer service to ensure each customer has a positive experience

  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained

  • Assisting with other cafe duties as required, such as food preparation and restocking

  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a busy cafe or restaurant environment

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to craft high-quality espresso-based beverages

  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience

  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
