We're looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join our Gold Coast office and play a key role in delivering high-impact projects across South-East Queensland. You'll work alongside experienced geotechnical and environmental professionals on a wide variety of urban development and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and managing geotechnical site investigations
  • Soil and rock logging, laboratory testing programs, and in-situ field testing
  • Conducting geotechnical analysis using tools like PLAXIS, Geostudio, Wallap, etc. with assistance from senior engineers
  • Preparing high-quality technical reports
  • Supporting construction phase services such as piling and earthworks supervision

Expect a mix of field and office work, with the chance to contribute across all project stages — from investigation to analysis and design.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering (or similar)
  • 2+ years' industry experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of geotechnical principles, laboratory and field testing
  • Experience with geotechnical software
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
