Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor maintenance and invoice processing in Mendrhub and Syspro. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of vendor accounts, supporting the finance team in achieving timely and efficient payment cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain vendor records in Mendrhub and Syspro.
  • Process subcontractor, local purchasing, freight, and expense invoices.
  • Match purchase orders and goods received notes (GRNs) in Syspro.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and prepare payments.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve queries promptly.
  • Track and report any outstanding invoices by month-end.
  • Reconcile staff credit card expenses and follow up on credit notes.
  • Adhere strictly to company internal controls and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
