What's in the DNA of an F45 trainer? We want highly professional, energetic, bubbly personalities here. Our members work extremely hard for 45 minutes, we need you to keep them pumped throughout the session, even when the going gets tough, they need you to help them through it. But this is not personal training, there are 20+ other members who also need you to lift their spirits, or correct their technique We certainly need you to have the relevant fitness qualifications, but it's more than that. Can you walk the floor, giving more attention to the new guy who has never been to a gym before, whilst at the same time pumping up the spirits of the two ladies who are on the other side of the room, getting through a 60 second set of burpees, all with a big smile on your face? Welcome to F45.

What's your role?

Glad you asked As F45 have a dedicated Athletics Department who program all of our unique HIIT sessions, the good news is that you don't need to spend hours doing this yourself You will need to familiarise yourself with the day's program, ensuring that you are comfortable and competent to demonstrate the correct exercise techniques during the session demonstration. This includes offering progressive and regressive options. Once the session starts, it's all systems go. Your primary responsibility is to keep energy levels high and ensure correct technique is being practised. At the end of the session, congratulate and high-five members, whilst also engaging them for feedback on the session and discussing their fitness goals.

The Nitty Gritty

Experience in group fitness and F45 Training is desirable but not essential (the right personality isessential).

A minimum Certificate III in Fitness is required. You can even start while finishing your Cert III.

Ongoing training is provided on the job.

This is a great opportunity for a fitness industry graduate, a seasoned pro, or someone looking for incremental income.

Our Brisbane studio is located at Nundah so you must be able to work at this location.
