The Role

As a DTM Coach, you'll play a key role in supporting clients through both personal training and group sessions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality 1-on-1 personal training (leads provided).
  • Coaching small group sessions.
  • Running new client consultations and inductions.
  • Helping clients stay consistent and motivated through check-ins and accountability.
  • Contributing to team meetings, learning opportunities, and community events.

This role has room to grow, with opportunities to expand into additional responsibilities as the business develops.

Must Have

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness. (Certificate III min to start)
  • Current First Aid & CPR.
  • Excellent communication and people skills — approachable, professional, and reliable.
  • A great attitude and a willingness to learn

Nice to Have (not essential)

  • Experience coaching fundamental lifts and functional training.
  • Experience working with a wide variety of clients (beginners to athletes).
  • Interest in lifestyle coaching (nutrition, mindset, habit building).

Job Details

  • Job Type: Subcontractor
  • Starting Pay: Depends on experience & qualifications
  • Starting opportunities: 5 Group Fitness classes and 2-3 Personal Training clients
  • Location: Various locations across Perth available
