Pinnacle People seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Service Manager to step into a key role with one of our clients. This is an initial two-month contract, starting on the first week of January, with a the possibility to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Description:

  • ​Hospitality Service Manager to oversee and support 4 key areas (Head Chef / Service Supervisor / Home Care Supervisor / 3 on site cafes)
  • 1 main production kitchen
  • Other smaller kitchen outlets
  • Occasional events
  • Servicing a mix of disability, aged care & non-aged care on-site residents
  • Monday-Friday gig, mostly business hours
  • Fantastic rate of pay for successful candidate

Requirements:

  • Police Check
  • Flu vaccination recommended, but not mandatory

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in the aged care sector (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Or experience as an Executive Chef / Head Chef overseeing departments
  • Have an extensive understanding of food safety
  • Would suit someone who has previously held a Facilities Manager role
