The Role

We're looking for a
Paid Ads Specialist
to join our growing media team - someone who knows their way around a campaign dashboard and loves digging into data to find what really works.

You'll plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms, working closely with our strategist to deliver meaningful results for our clients.

This role is perfect for someone who's confident with the technical side of paid media, but also curious enough to test, learn, and challenge what "best practice" means.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Use data and insights to drive decisions and continuously improve performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively and help clients understand the impact of their investment.
  • Collaborate with our strategy and creative teams to bring campaigns to life across channels.
  • Stay sharp on platform updates, new features, and emerging opportunities.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing - agency experience a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you enjoy translating numbers into stories.
  • A collaborative mindset - you value knowledge-sharing and team learning.
  • A proactive, curious attitude and a genuine passion for doing great digital work.
