We're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help drive the success of our impact-led brands.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Eight Mile Plains.
In this hands-on, fast-paced position, you'll take the lead on paid digital channels - from Google Ads to Meta and beyond - managing budgets, analysing performance, and optimising campaigns to deliver real results. You'll collaborate closely with brand and creative teams to ensure every campaign hits the mark.

What You'll Do
- Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and affiliates
- Monitor and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Test creatives, messaging, and audiences to boost performance
- Execute paid and organic social strategies that grow brand awareness and engagement
- Support SEO, CRM, and digital conversion optimisation initiatives
- Collaborate with creative, events, and content teams to align strategy and execution

What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years' experience in digital/performance marketing
- Proven track record with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, GTM)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Solid understanding of SEO, paid social, and affiliate marketing
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management
- A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects
Bonus points if you've worked in the disability or mental health sectors and have a passion for inclusive, accessible event experiences.
