Job Title: Team Member – Melbourne Ponds and Gardens

Location: Melbourne, VIC (Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and Victoria)

About Us:

Melbourne Ponds and Gardens specializes in creating and maintaining stunning ponds and gardens. We take pride in delivering exceptional outdoor spaces, ensuring our clients enjoy beautifully designed and functional landscapes.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking team member to join our growing team. This role involves physical outdoor work, including pond maintenance, landscaping, and pond construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pond maintenance, construction, landscaping and planting.
  • Work on-site in various locations across Melbourne and Victoria.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients.
  • Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
  • Construction industry white card (have or willing to acquire).
  • A valid driver's license. (essential)
  • Previous industry experience in aquariums, water features or pond maintenance is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not essential (training provided).
  • Qualified landscaper - highly regarded but not essential.
  • Availability Monday to Friday.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
