About the role

Principle Living Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Newcastle, NSW. This part-time role will play a critical part in driving the company's marketing strategy and delivering impactful campaigns to support our growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing targeted marketing plans to promote Principle Living's communities
  2. Managing the company's digital presence, including website, social media channels and email marketing
  3. Coordinating and implementing various marketing activities, such as advertising, events, and content creation
  4. Analysing marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimise future campaigns
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the company's marketing strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (5+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
  2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns across various channels
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  6. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
