About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic casual sales assistant to join the team at Leon Baker Jewellers' in Geraldton, WA. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service and sales assistance to all customers
  • Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store presentation
  • Ensuring inventory is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively
  • Handling cash, credit card transactions and balancing the till at the end of each shift
  • Assisting with receiving, unpacking and tagging of new merchandise
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the jewellery industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including Saturdays as required
  • A keen interest in fashion, jewellery and providing an exceptional customer experience
