Build and maintain the gear that supports Australia's most-awarded luxury motor yachts.

We're looking for a trade-qualified Boilermaker / Welder to join our in-house workshop. This is hands-on work fabricating cradles, boat stands, trolleys, frames and workshop equipment that keep our production lines moving. You'll also play a role in supporting and mentoring in-house apprentices as part of our training culture.

• MIG weld mild steel to specifications (occasional TIG/stainless).
• Read and interpret technical drawings with accuracy.
• Cut, fit, tack, weld, dress and finish fabrication work to a high standard.
• Fabricate and maintain workshop tooling, including jigs, dollies, trolleys and stands.
• Perform light plant repairs and workshop equipment maintenance.
• Operate workshop gear: guillotine, press brake, bandsaw, rollers, grinders, overhead crane, forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, well-organised workspace, following Riviera's WHS standards.

• Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (or equivalent).
• Proven MIG welding skills with mild steel (TIG/stainless experience a bonus).
• Ability to read, interpret and work confidently from technical drawings.
• Experience with cradles, stands, or heavy fabrication is highly regarded.
• Positive, safety-first mindset, good teamwork, and willingness to mentor apprentices.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane tickets .
• Able to work both autonomously and as part of a crew.
• Adaptable and solution-focused when challenges come up.
