We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and support our compliance and quality improvement efforts across aged care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
  • Develop and manage audit schedules and support re-accreditation processes
  • Maintain and update care policies, procedures, and documentation systems
  • Monitor clinical risk indicators, SIRS, quality indicators, and support continuous improvement
  • Provide compliance reports and mentor staff on standards and quality systems
  • Collaborate with management and care teams to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Support external audits and liaise with government bodies as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of aged care legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience with audit processes, policy development, and quality systems
  • Ability to assess, report, and manage clinical and operational risks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
