We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our small, passionate team in Port Melbourne. This is a hands-on, full-time hybrid role offering stable work, autonomy, flexibility, and great coffee. You'll be on the road in the mornings and rolling up your sleeves in the warehouse each afternoon. This is a hybrid position where your day is split between:

• Morning deliveries of coffee and consumables to our Melbourne-based customers

• Afternoon warehouse and equipment work, including receipting stock, assisting our technicians with basic tasks (training provided), dispatching customer orders, labelling stock, and supporting day-to-day logistics

Delivery Duties (Morning)

• Deliver coffee and consumables to our Melbourne-based customers.

  • This isn't a simple "drop and go" role, our deliveries are structured and require care, accuracy, and good communication. You'll be greeting customers, checking their stock levels (sometimes in cupboards or storage areas), and making sure everything is delivered neatly, correctly, and with a personal touch.

• Provide friendly, reliable, 5-star customer service

  • This is a relationship-driven role. You'll be delivering to the same customers regularly, and we're counting on you to build trust, communicate clearly, and represent our brand with professionalism and warmth. Being good with people is just as important as being good on the road. You'll often be the only face our customers see, so a confident, friendly communicator is essential.

• Maintain basic records, delivery notes, photos, sites notes, etc. and liaise with admin as required

• Use digital run sheets on mobile/tablet

Warehouse & Technical Support (Afternoon)

• Rotate and organise stock, including use of a walkie stacker handheld forklift

• Receipt and unpack incoming deliveries

• Pick and pack outgoing courier orders

• Clean and maintain the warehouse

• Decommission and prepare Franke coffee machines for storage (training provided)

• Refurbish and clean coffee machine parts

• Support general warehouse operations like stocktakes, inventory checks, recycling, and equipment prep

• Delivery experience is essential – please do not apply without it.

• Confident communicator who genuinely enjoys building rapport with customers

• Comfortable using digital systems and apps – our run sheets are fully digital

• Valid driver's licence and clean driving record

• Physically fit and happy with hands-on work

• A team player who takes initiative and pride in their work

• Forklift experience (preferred but not required)

• Competitive salary: $55,000–$60,000 super
