Your Role
As the Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Continuously analyse data and current business processes to identify areas for improvement and use this data to design processes which enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams by facilitating workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit, clarify, and validate requirements.
• Produce user-friendly documentation including project scopes for business requirements and functional specifications, to ensure mutual understanding and alignment across stakeholders
• Support change management activities by anticipating and addressing potential resistance to change, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes or systems

Essential
• Tertiary qualifications related to ICT or other relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
• Proven experience in analysing complex business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Experience in supporting organisational change initiatives by anticipating resistance and promoting adoption of new process and systems
• Experience in managing projects and supporting internal managers to lead their own projects
• Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Strong documentation and business writing skills
• Ability to work effectively in an autonomous role
• Problem-solving and time management skills
Desirable
• Experience within the Disability sector
• Knowledge of systems that support NDIS services
Special conditions
• Current South Australian full drivers' licence is essential
• DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening and any relevant Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS with at least 6 months' validity
• Intrastate travel and work outside of normal business hours as required
