Senior Luxury Travel Specialist

We are looking for an experienced luxury travel specialist to join our team of travel enthusiasts in this exciting full-time role based in Perth. With demonstrated experience in luxury experiential travel, your role will be to provide a seamless and professional booking experience through high-end journey design and customer service.

Your expert destination and product knowledge will assist you to convert complex and custom enquiries and add value to client's journeys. Expert knowledge of (at least) some of our current and upcoming destinations is essential; these include Australia and New Zealand, Japan, Patagonia, Bhutan, Dolomites and Norway.

This is a versatile and fast-paced role suited to a driven, solutions-focused individual with a passion for building exceptional itineraries for their clients. You will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and grow with our expanding business. Our customers are modern luxury travellers, typically aged in their 40s to 70s, who value unique experiences over old-world opulence. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

• Full-time position, ideally based in Perth

• Very competitive base salary uncapped sales bonus based on team result

• Hybrid/flexible working model with a mix of work from home and time in our modern South Perth office

ESSSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a luxury travel sales role

• Australia and New Zealand luxury travel expert, or you have experience selling other Walk into Luxury destinations

• Travel qualifications or recognised industry experience

• General understanding of CRM and travel booking systems, with exposure to Sabre and Tourplan highly regarded

• Professional communication style with excellent eye for detail

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Flexibility to adapt to change and implement new systems as the business grows and evolves

• Reliable self-starter, able to work autonomously from home as well as in a team office environment

• Solution oriented and able to work well under pressure with a collaborative and positive approach

• Ability to find and retain product information, listen to customers and craft the right itinerary to match the client

• Confident and professional phone manner

• Ability to build rapport with customers and partners

• Passion for luxury travel, our product, customer service and a genuine desire to build a career with us
