Factory Worker

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Factory Hand / Labourer to join our team at Rad Hard Chroming in Rocklea, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will see you playing an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our engineering & hard chrome plating facility.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with various production and plating tasks
• Performing general labouring duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Following all safety protocols and procedures
• Reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor
• Working collaboratively with the wider production team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar factory or labouring role preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the business
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
