Are you into gaming, love helping people, and want a fun, casual job? Escape Portal – Cannington's ultimate Esports Gaming Lounge – is on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic crew member to join our team

We're all about creating an epic experience for gamers of all ages, and we need someone who's just as passionate about games and good vibes as we are.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming customers and helping them get set up
  • Running the front desk and managing bookings
  • Explaining how things work and keeping the space fun and safe
  • Selling snacks, drinks, and merch
  • Helping with console setups and game support
  • Hosting birthday parties and events
  • Keeping the lounge clean and stocked
  • Following our procedures and keeping things running smoothly

Hours: Casual (10–15 hours/week)

Must be available on weekends and during school holidays.

What We're Looking For:

  • 18+ with at least 2 years' experience in hospitality or fast food
  • A genuine love for gaming (this one's a must)
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Comfortable using computers and tech
  • Fun, energetic, and ready to jump in wherever needed
  • Clean and tidy with good food handling awareness
  • Able to get a Working With Children Check
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
